PGM: Journey into Mystery #84

Bought this week in NYC. Wonder what you think. It could use a press as there is some non color breaking creasing on the front. No front chipping. The bottom front edge has a tiny piece missing on the soldiers arm. The back has a few rips and a chip missing.

Advertised as a 3.0....I thought it was a solid 3.0...maybe 3.5 once pressed
