I think it would be a good idea if we had a market report thread that the major

dealers contributed to. Expert, current and we would have the ability to ask

questions. Far better than any yearly guide.

This is a great idea. One of the reasons I still buy Overstreet is because I enjoy reading the market reports.

Cap1 is absolutely on fire. The most requested ga key over the past month bar none. Prices are now almost double what a comparably graded copy would go for even a year ago.

 

Other demand issues are copies in hg (8.0 and above) seem to sell readily at consistent guide multiples. Issues in the 30's and 40's sell best and have most demand

 

2-10 are great with 3 leading demand but don't sell as quickly due to higher starting prices

 

Later non war/non schomburgh issues are actually slow right now

Gave a quick response about caps earlier.

 

Sa dd are very slow right now unless uber hg or heavily discounted. We will see if the relaunch has any positive effect but this past month the answer is no

 

One dealer had about a dozen tmnt 1's at the show and when I inquired he said there was some interest but not much in the way of sales

It would be very interesting Gator, but please include a wide segment of the market not just the usual suspects. We don't need a market report to tell us that Timelys, pre Robin Tecs, and early Actions are hot
