Didn't know the #21 was a tough one. Often saw it at shows and have a raw NM copy.

 

The only one I am missing from issues #1-28 is #24. Never been able to find a hg copy of that one.

I uploaded my scans to photobucket. I have a near complete set of all the Marvel & DC treasuries. This is my copy of #24. Eh! It could be better. The image is "stitched". My new scanner is larger & can scan them in one pass.

I bought most of my Treasury collection from a friend as a bulk purchase. These are the ones he said he had the hardest time finding.

Anyone follow the Treasury's this seller was offering on ebay? nearly a full set and most went for strong prices.

Not half as tough as finding a decent piece of GI Joe Treasury.

I'm still trying to fill in the harder to find treasury comics I'm missing. Picked up this last weekend.

I have the Spiderman / Superman Treasury and got Carmine Infantino to sign his layout page on the inside back cover at this year's NY Comic Con.

 

But CGC won't accept Treasury Editions for Encapsulation.

I'm thinking material costs in terms of feasibility factors as people don't usually want to cgc such a large size tabloid

I don't think their equipment will encapsulate an item that big. I was told by way of industry gossip that the machine to seal them cost something like half a million dollars. If so, that would explain why they are content just doing smaller items.
