is the catwoman 13 die cut really going for $13-$15 or was that just some confused buyers? would have figured a ton would have been ordered in light of the other #13s. my LCS had about 5 yesterday, but i passed because i couldn't get ebay pn my phone to see what was going on.

No. That's about right. Catwoman #13, Batman #13 and Catgirl #13 is all over the Lyria Comic Market for Modern Comics Heating Up. And to prove it, here's some completed auctions for Catwoman #13 falling in the $10 to $13 range on eBay.
