*sniffs* I smell some shilllllllllll

Would not surprise me (that or an anomoly)... still available for cover in loads of places.

low feedback + private listing raises ebay alarms.

Yeah do the homework before posting stuff like this. This one screams issue.

Despite one questionable auction the writing is solid and the art is fantastic. I've seen a lot worse " heat up " and this one should even though it's part of a mini which many of you seem to dislike.

I read this today not expecting to like it. It's actually really good. Larry could be dead on with this one. I wonder what the print run was. Talked to a few shops that only order a couple of Bongo books for subscribers and didn't even know what this was.

Get ready for the explosion:

ALLREADY $10+ on Amazon

Phone has been ringing like mad.

( most callers have NEVER been in a comic shop )

Get to the LCS early tomorrow.

Warned ya...

Maybe it's just me but is it possible that the bidder thought the #1 2nd print was actually thought bubble variant? That's the only explanation I can think of for someone to pay that much. There are current BIN that are much less than $130.

Ive been buying #1 1st prints for 2 weeks, and will continue for awhile.

Great series

Smart theory. hm You may well be right.

The auction even refers to it as a Nowhere Men #1 "Variant" rather than a 2nd print... there's a grain of truth there I guess, but it does seem like in this context that that wording could lead someone down the wrong path.

Can't believe those books went for that price with those images. The first auction doesn't show the bottom left front corner of the book, nor does it show the corner from the back.

And the other two auctions don't even have pics/scans of the back of the books.

Crazy.
