How much genius writing does Terry Moore have to throw at you guys to get you

Rachel Rising is fantastic.

 

Agreed Rachel Rising is good. Too bad I only bought a handful of issues of the first 10. Stores order really low on these so nice copies were always short and I passed. I did buy and read the 1st TPB and loved it. How is the story going know???

The book is not out of stock on diamond retailer site. So if you have a pull list, get the store to order a bunch for you.

 

Book is at stupid prices right now considering its not out of stock.

Now is a good time to go to your LCS and ask about preorders.

 

Ask if you order 25 copies of spawn if they'll give you a discount on the books AND give you the variant.

 

The BW variants are insane the first week they come out. INSANE.

 

Easy way to make $50 if you get a modest discount of 25%.

 

Preorder 2 months in advance and ask for bigger discount.

And so is The Last Zombie - maybe we should have a 'lets save a comic' thread.

 

Don't you already have a load of art and issues of the last zombie. Maybe that is clouding your judgement (shrug)

 

Terry Moore on the other hand is creating an outstanding book with Rachel Rising and probably deserves it more.

 

No thats a finished mini-series - "Nazi Zombies".

The Last Zombie is by Brian Keene and is unrelated.

It's on its 5th arc know and will finish up at the end of it.

So,no,I don't have anything to do with it - but thanks for thinking otherwise,and trying to score a smartarse point instead of supporting the comic.

I want to go the shops where you think 30%+++ is modest.

 

If you are spending $100 + a week on books in one store you should be getting some kind of discount.

 

Every store I've asked about two month advance preorder discounts at 40% when buying 10 - 15 copies of one title have said ok.

 

if you don't have a pull list somewhere you're missing out.

Because I am a people person and would prefer talking to people when I get my books than to just pick up books and go online to talk about them.

 

I think they have a pretty good canadian program, I'm just not all that interested.

Considering it came out on wednesday and is a mini-series based on a regular series... $9 to $11 and even one or two $19.99 sale - is stupid.
