In fairness, they haven't paid yet. And if the last month is any indication, most folks don't like to pay for stuff they agree to buy on ebay anymore.

 

 

someone please tell me why this book worth so much, I thought there was at 1 million copies out there. I knew I had at least 10 somewhere in one these long box.

The only difference I've seen between the newsstand and the regular direct edition is the addition of a barcode on the front cover.

 

Mile High and mycomicshop treat newsstands as variants and price them at a premium versus direct editions.

One of my friends found a copy of this comic at C2E2 on Sunday for 1 thin dime!

 

I am hoping that happens to me some day.

 

I hope I find an Amazing Fantasy #15 for a dime one day. Hell, even one at $1G would be nice.

 

I found a NM copy of Savage Tales #1 for $1.50 at a used book store once. It was in the magazine section. It was a very happy day :grin:

My best find was a 9.2 GSX1 for $3.95 at a store. Just walked in and saw it right there in front of me with a price tag. I had to do a double-check, thoroughly inspected it to see if it was real.

 

Then another one in a long box that I bought for $150. This one was lower grade 4.0
