I did contact authorites, the FBI doesn't mess with cases under like 150,000. It's ebay's responsibility at this point.

 

What's Ebay supposed to do, send uniformed guards to arrest her?

Hawkman23, I dont understand how could you press any charges? The fraudster use a picture from the web that just happened to be your book. There was no fraud perpetrated against you. Or am I missing something?

Precisely. Just as if you witness a murder or a break in. Hawkman23 would not be pressing the charges; that would be up to the authorities. He would just be reporting the crime.
