I should have grabbed this book 15 years ago when I had a chance to get it cheap,now.....I want this book even more.

Here's my book. One of the lowest ever graded, but it's signed by my all-time favorite comic artist, the great Joe Kubert! It completes my set of SS Joe Kubert books that feature the first appearances of the major DC war characters. Rock, Enemy Ace, Unknown Soldier, even that nasty villain Iron Major!

Well, after almost 5 long years, I finally have an OAAW 83 back in my longbox!

 

Here's my original (for nostalgic reasons)

 

 

And, though I can't possibly afford a high grade replacement, it's great having a copy back! This one is 3.0 / 3.5ish, but is pretty enough for me.

I am happier then a pig in

The guys on the boards said it would be a 1.0 and it came back ...

 

 

If I would have know I would have had the bad boy pressed

 

I found this one in the wild, all taped up and unwanted.

I didn't even look at the sticker price and went to the till and bought it.
