how much should i ask for this book?

got a very nice copy of amazing spider-man 129, super nice cover and a little tanning around the edges of the paper, looks to me like a VF copy due to a small missing piece on the rear cover around the staple, about 1/8th inch round and the staple is firmly secured, thats the only flaw i could find, but this is a nice book and im not used to selling alot of books, so without rippin anyone off or gettin ripped off myself what would b a fair price to ask for it, thanks for your input.
