Avenging Spider-Man #1 Q variant

Just picked this up this past week. Got it for a real good price ($50). Thoughts on the grade? I was thinking of sending this in for grading, based on other graded comics i'ce obtain and what some stuff i just sent in came back as, I'm, entertaining a 9.6+, but debating sending it in.
