TOP 5 GRAILS - THAT YOU OWN

My Top 5 Grails:

 

1) Transformers #9 - First Appearance of Circuit Breaker :tonofbricks:

Actually it is the first comic I can recall buying with my own money and was not a handme down book from one of my cousins. I still have the book.

2) Amazing Spiderman 300 - The last comic my Grandfather bought me before he passed away

 

3) Kabuki Circle of Blood 1 - Bought it for $0.50 a few months after it came out when a comic shop in Toronto was having a summer sale. In my mind Kabuki is hands down one of the best comicbook series ever

4) Daredevil 169 - I read this comic so many times. It was the book the really got me into Miller and Daredevil

5) Spiderman vs Wolverine - Another book that I just absolutely loved. More for the Hobgoblin part than Wolverine.

 

Honourable Mention since it is a HC and not a comic:

 

Marvel Masterworks 4 (1st print) Avengers 1 - 10. When this came out I REALLY wanted the book but CDN$40 was a lot of money to me back then. My father purchased it as a gift and surprised me with it.

 

If we are talking traditional grails I guess my big 5 would be:

 

1) X-men 1 CGC 8.0

2) JIM 83 CGC 8.0

3) Avengers 1 CGC 8.0

4) TTA 27 CGC 8.0

5) DD 1 CGC 8.0

 

or throw out a Marvel and add Green Lantern 1 CGC 8.5

Well, I now own the following Wonder Woman GA issues:

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 16

 

None of which I had 6 months ago!

 

Just need a 1 & 8 now.
