Detached Centerfold and Interior Coupon Cut Out -- Blue or Green?

I'm looking at a Golden Age Book that otherwise has the attributes of a solid VG, but the centerfold is detached at the staples, and an interior coupon is cut -- does not affect the story.

 

Can someone tell me is this automatic green label or blue?

Best case scenario is GLOD (qualifying the missing coupon) and grade drop for the detached centerfold.

If the grade is VG, I doubt it gets a green label. They'll probably note the detached centerfold and missing coupon on the label and knock off the grade for it.

Hmm, I'll go with a greed label.

If alone, I think the detached centerfold would be in a blue label with notation.

However, I think the coupon cut out would get a green label, it's a little more serious type of defect.
