I found Bridesmaids to be pretty funny. I howled in spots.

 

Johnny English Reborn made me howl uncontrollably. By far the funniest movie I've seen in the past 10 years or so.

Hard to really pin a few down, but in my mind the top two are Super Troopers and the first Jack-a-s-s movie.

 

The Ryan Dunn butt x-ray is classic.

As for the funniest movie I saw in a theater Kingpin. Busted a gut. But the funniest part was a guy 2 rows in front of us puking during a certain nasty scene about paying the rent. We literally fell on the floor loling for 10 minutes until I cried.....

There have been so many great comedy movies to only pick 2 is so hard. Animal house, caddy shack, back to school, private parts, airplane, south park bigger,longer and uncut, and one I am amazed no one had mentioned Slap shot.
