The first and real Mad Hatter appeared in Batman 49...not sure why everyone is jumping on Tec 230. That one was an impostor and came after Batman 49 anyways.

Well looks like CGC needs to change their labels. There is even a scan of a panel from Batman 49 on wikipedia that shows Tetch as we know him and the other impostor has a mustache. I know about these 2 going years back. CGC also notes Batman 49 as first Mad Hatter on their label but doesn't specify which one.
