Cap. A. nº100 vs Conan nº1

If you saw these 2 comics at 80$ each, being Cap. A. nº100 at F+/VF- and the Conan nº1 at VF/VF+ and could only get one of them, which one would you get?

 

Which comic do you consider a saffer investisement?

Cap 100 is one of my favorite covers:

 

Unfortunately, as I've said many times, it's one of the easiest books to come across in pretty much any grade.

 

Conan #1, no doubt about it.

The funny thing is I have those two issues and the grades you pointed out are almost spot on. I'd take the CAP 100 as I was always partial to the 1968 books Iron Man #1, Captain America #100, Sub Mariner #1, Hulk 102, Captain marvel #1 etc!!!

I wouldn't consider either a safe investment. Both books are extremely common in the grades you gave.

 

I could see neither book moving up in value much over the next ten years.

 

Still, two cool books to own.

what about Red Sonja #1, vol. 1? the copy i have is beautiful. not a crease or scratch on it and the colors are brilliant. i've been wondering whether it's worth having it graded or just keep it in mylar.
