buy it now is only 30 bucks.....hmmm how much is the Batman #1 annual in near mint....what would it be worth in poor...I will investigate?

 

It's not Poor. It is "coverless" or possibly even "incomplete." I regard those as separate grades (although not everyone agrees on the "coverless" issue -- some people consider coverless but readable books to be in "poor" condition).

I'm one of those who consider coverless poor....

anyways I looked up the prices:

FAIR $30.75

POOR $5.13

So if you consider this comic poor you aint getting a deal...but if you consider it fair....then you'll get what it is worth with buy it now. Me...I wont touch this auction with a 10 foot pole.

I just got off the phone with CGG and they told me this comic would grade as a unrestored gem mint 10.0

wait....you wanted me to call CGC?
