Fear Itself Home Front #7 on the cover but not on the inside...

Hi all,

 

Just opened up Fear Itself Home Front #7 (bit behind in reading) and to my surprise the inside was Fear Itself the Fearless #1. How rare is that? Do I CGC it or line my bird cage with it?

 

So Essentially, it's The Fearless #1 with Home Front #7 as the cover.

 

If it was CGC'd how the heck would that be noted?
