I didn't know where to post this question.

Can anyone recommend a good place to go for information regarding original movie posters

(info about values, proper way to frame/display, places to go for hard to find posters, etc)

Thank you for any input you can give me (thumbs u[/font]

You might try this site - http://www.emovieposter.com/

This is a good community, Bruce Hershenson is big in the vintage poster market, and my experiences with his auctions have been good.

Also, here on the boards, I know comicartcom is a big poster guy, you can see his site here: http://www.comic-art.com/

I collected horror film posters from the 30's and 40's for many years, mainly the Universal monsters and the Poverty Row (low budget) films from Monogram and PRC.

There are some basic things to know: sizes, original vs re-release vs reprint, etc.

I also framed all of my posters/lobby cards archivally myself. MUCH cheaper than bringing them to a framer.

Feel free to drop me a PM as well if you have any questions or if you come across some posters you are interested in.
