I'd peg the Spideys down half a grade and the Hulk 181 a couple points and get all 3.

 

 

BUT if I had a gun to my head in your scenario I'm taking the Spidey's no question.

Even if you care for the Hulk/Wolverine as much as for Spidey, I’d choose the Spideys simply because they are considerably scarcer, especially in grade.

 

Of course, 1960s comics aren’t truly "scarce" but you can always pick up a Hulk #181.

Spidey's just because they are silver and I don't own them
