I picked this up from the same seller a few weeks ago:

 

 

Shanna the She-devil #1

 

 

and promptly shipped it back for a refund. It was a 6.0 at best and included the following problems:

 

16 traverse stress lines on the spine, (2) 1 1/2 inch color breaking crease on the lower right cover, a 1/8 inch crease on the URC, Upper Left Corner blunted, and a spot of water damage on the back cover

Yeah, and you can get away with it at the selling end when you really push up the brightness and contrast. The devil is in the details!
