It's such a secret society here sometimes. Unless you're in the clique, you don't know who has what. So I'll join Mr. Berk and list what I have too. They are mostly cast-offs from others since the best of the MHs are locked up, but they are fun to have, nonetheless.

Jon - the joke here is that Jeff regards himself as a poseur, who doesnt take collecting as seriously as some of us! Please assure him he is a serious collector, even if he doesnt know it! (He might listen to you!)

First off, thanks Jon. I think Exciting Comics is at the top of my list for GA titles. I wish I had more MH copies of the title.

Second, I didn't say I thought I was a Poseur, I said I thought people were referring to me when they talked about the folks who bought high grade books and thought they were a 'serious collector' just because they bought high grade books. Sometimes I am ineloquent when I try to make a point.

Whatever you call yourself you have some fun books. MLJs......

(The Church Exciting #1 turned into the splash page for the Ray. I missed it so bad, I jumped on the opportunity to acquire the Larson)

(Note the Ray is fighting a "monsieur" not a stinking "poseur.....")

Precisely - and sorry that I missed the nuance in what you were saying, Jeff!

This is Ground Zero:

Note the plumbing. The main floor bathtub sits directly above the interior of the closet. In those days, as opposed to boring a 2" hole to fit the tub drain down and through, they simply cut a 1 s.f. section out of the subfloor. It is just dumb luck that there was never a leak or overflow that would have spilled directly onto the collection.

Edgar's office is the open door to the right.

I have 14 issues of the Wonder Woman run between numbers #18-59. I refer to it as my "Good, Bad and Ugly" collection since the grades are all over the place. :P

The majority of the books are part of the "monk" run. I did purchase a few other other issues though that fortunately the monk never got his hands on. That is the "good" part of the collection. lol
