i've gotten a couple of books back that have no chipping whatsoever, and even less non color breaking crease than that back cover and received grades in the 6.5-7.0 range. i think i'm gonna agree with UCLA and go with a 4.5 because of the back cover (they clobber my books for that kind of defect)
