Hopefully shrunkenhead can confirm, but it looks like here's what's left at this point:

 

The Life and Times of Martha Washington by Frank Miller

 

Beautiful, out of print slipcase volume. Done in Absolute style. Brand new and sealed. Scan is of the back of the slipcase, so you can see the little promo description.

 

Retail was $100, but this trades at $140-160. How does below retail sound? Take it for $90

If you've not seen these, the publishing style is comparable to Marvel Masterworks. These books have a spine # and each printing is very limited.
