Scans are a bit small, but I'd say 4.0...with CT?

I'd go 2.5-3.0. Too many creases and rips. And the half-price book center stamp of course.

When you guys evaluate it how do you account for the stamp on the cover. I know receiving stamps don't necessarily effect value. But this looks like a resale stamp that someone put on later. As such this would lower the grade. Or am I incorrect?

I'd like to pick up a pence tos 39 one of these days..had an ASM 1 and wish I hadn't sold it ::

 

nice book, even with the big old stamps....

 

it affect eye appeal, but in that 3.0 range, it's taken into account.

2.5 great comic the second hand stamp reflects a grade or two drop from the higher grades but not affecting at this level. Can't wait to see it slabbed this book will POP
