So, I noticed who was thought to be Harold Fuller at the time, posting in a Batman #1 WTB thread.

 

 

Sent a private message.

 

 

As it turns out, it was him. Anyhow, I sent the person who was looking for a Batman #1 a PM warning him that this guy might be harold Fuller. He just anwsered my PM, and said that he was offered this book for 10K.

He also told me that he just checked, and the same book is FS on ebay from a seller with a 1 feedback rating.

Same here as I recognized the book and knew it was a scam. Sounds like Ebay got a lot of reports and had to bring out some heavy duty cleansing vinegar.

With Ebay's Buyer Protection how does this guy think he will get to keep any paypal funds? Does he hope if he sends an empty box with confirmed tracking that Ebay would side with him when a claim is filed?

 

Darn it. Now I pizzed off the seller of this book and have been blocked from bidding on his future auctions. Now where am I gonna find a bargain Bat 1?

FYI: the 1st copy had regloss & 25,26th & 27th wrap married pages, so
