What an absolute stunning copy. That truly is a gem of a book!

 

Speaking of Chicago's, I bought this little gem off of John Verzyl in the 1990's as the Chicago Copy.. When the book got certified early on at CGC, they were not putting "Chicago" on the labels at that time. I need to get that fixed at some point. It's one of the nicest 9.4's I own.

 

For those of you who knew him, this was a Dan Bennett book. :foryou:

i don't see alot of white pagers in these fox gga books. altho' seeing a tiger in harm's way like this disturbs me, the book is killer.

Thanks Billy. The comment about the tiger is spot on - lol. These jungle covers often feature a double distress cover. The damsel is being threatened by the animal and the animal is being threatened with some form of sharp object. The 9.4 grade and white page on this particular copy is a match made in heaven :)
