Hi,

 

I love this book, but am chasing after some other things on my want lists. This is the second highest graded, with only 1 in 9.6 (which sold in 2011 for $6274 according to GPA). An insanely tough book to find in high grade due to the all black cover and 100 page size. I have never pressed this. First I'll take it gets it. I will ship for free in the U.S. I strongly prefer check or money order in order to avoid the paypal fees. Thx
