So apparently this book just sold out and is going back to the presses for a second printing.

 

Story sounds interesting, soldier crashes on alien planet, trying to make it out alive.

 

I like survival stories I've learned, so this looks interesting. Anyone reading this? Is it worth the read?

Read the first issue, it's okay but nothing special IMHO, I probably won't get issue 2.

I thought it was ok, for a 1st issue. Would like to see more, so, I'll give it a couple more issues and see if it really goes anywhere.

I just read it actually and was impressed. I'll definitely be picking up issue two. I do like how the story telling is told though.

 

It can either go north or south from where it left off.

I'll probably stick with it for the first story arc and see how that goes. The 1st issue was definitely intriguing.

First issue was very basic and introductory. Could go either way, as noted above.

I thumbed thru a copy of #1 at my LCS and it looked like a 3 minute read. Art looked decent but alas, like many books out there these days, not worth the money.

I don't know if it's 4 or 6 issues, but it is a limited series.

Yep, just read it's a min-series. That sucks. I was really wanting to see how this would be handled 10-20 issues from now, guess it'll be Saga for my sci-fi fix.

 

Can someone recommend another good sci-fi book that's somewhat new I can start reading?

I'm really enjoying this series. Loved #1. I'm kinda glad it's a mini though, Image books are taking enough of my money already!

This series is awesome! Hopefully it turns into an ongoing down the road. I could see this guy traveling the galaxy.

Issue 4 came out today. I thought it was pretty good. Issue 3 came out in august so I had to reread the first three issues and I really like this series.

I love this book. It's taken him AAAGGGEESS to get #4 done. I really hope it doesn't take as long to get #5 out. Really looking forward to reading the new issue.

The date here just says TBD, so it could be a while. Ken Garing is doing this comic solo and I think it's his first comic.

Not sure how many people here are still reading this but the first arc just wrapped up. It was a good ending, BUT

I was afraid that the way the fifth issue ended that the series was finished

I haven't checked this book out yet, but as a big Prophet fan I think I will based on this comment.
