It's like the 90's again I hear people cry! I guess thats what happens when people have to have a copy of this and a copy of that. I wonder when FP and Larry are releasing the holo-foil Bedlam scratch'n'sniff version. Smells like bullcrap apparently. And we are being treated to a new "variant' once a week for 6 months!! A Larry Detective comics variant perhaps. Ah well buy for $19.99 and sell for $2. That might snap a few out of this utter insanity that is happening under our noses. The only people making a dime are the stores. Good luck to them for spotting the right time to act. A new variant per week for 6 months.. Still not a cash grab though... Its my understanding that the books are there to promote the title hence more then one issue of that title will have the Phantom Variant. I congratulate them on a nice job overall. Its nice to see the stores actually make some money. Most of time its us buying the copies for $3 and flipping. Nothing wrong with some capitalism. But yes I see your point as well. They only gave me one, and are now listing them at $15 on the website. While I'm not 100% sure what really happened, I bought 3 copies of a single comic from Mile High via Amazon for a rather low price compared to eBay. Received an email a couple days later saying all 3 of these copies were "mis-identified" in the system and were actually a different issue number. I am worried about my midtown as this is my first order and it has not arrived quite yet. I wish you could pre-order con variants from Larry or Third Eye as those seem to be the only people who know how to pack?!? I take pride when I pack the books I sell, most people seem like they are *spooning* off when they pack. Anyone know what Joeypost's (I think that is how his name is spelled?) cost is per book?
