In the time period right after Dr. Pym has his meltdown and is ejected frm the Avengers(somewhere around issue 220) Tony and Janet have a brief hot fling that ends when Tony reveals that he is Ironman.Seems that Janet didn't mind cheating,she just didn't want to end up cheating with a friend of hers.
