How long of a wait should I expect. 8 or 9 months?

GEI seems to take a week or more.  Seems a lot longer than it used to be.

Agreed. But if it means not having to send it back because of errors on the label or issues with the slab or inner enclosure, then it's worth it.

Interesting, I have a WT that needs to be prescreened, it has been there since 6-8 with no movement and the lady said yesterday that they had changed some processes so that could be why I had no movement.

These current turnaround times are demoralizing. I feel like I'm standing on a ship sailing the entire Atlantic ocean during the 16th century.

The TAT on the ocean sailing in the 16th century was for sure faster than this. You could go from Europe to India 6-8 months no problem. I mean sure they had to deal with a lot at sea but they didn’t have to deal with trying to discern between a 9.8 and a 9.6 on Youngblood 1.
