How long is pre screening take on Modern submissions? Whats the process?

Does CGC post how many were above the threshold to grade?

Took a week and a half just to acknowledge the books were there.:busy:

Not sure of how long pre-screens are taking right now, but the way it works is once the books are graded your credit card will be charged. If you reverse-engineer the math you can figure out how many books made the pre-screen threshold at that point. When they are shipped back to you the grades will be available and you can see which books made it and which did not. The books that did not will come back to in the original bag with an identification sticker attached to the bag, and they will be in a mailer that is kind of like the type gemini sells. That mailer will be in the box along with the slabbed books.

Been in QC/Finalized for a full 24 hours now.  Very strange status.  Ive only seen it once before and that was just for like 5 minutes.  I wonder if they are printing custom labels in this case.

Modern magazine submission in its 24th business day and Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging has been taking place for over 2-3 business weeks. My vintage comics are enroute to me which was received by CGC two weeks after the modern mags. Hopefully they're just behind instead of lost, damaged, or stolen.
