To all you guys out there still waiting for your "regular" subs, I feel bad - I guess they treat the coupon subs a little better

Yes. Coupons are supposed to be graded within 15 days. It's no different than any other tier in that it has an expected TAT associated with it.

Like modern FT that has 10 day turnaround lol

I would consider the coupon as a top tier submission like standard, express, and walkthrough service. Generally, these are almost never behind.

OK, I am too nervous to look at the grades. I wonder if I can hold out until they arrive at my door before knowing?

I already caved, had to know what the UXM 94 did...

9.2 with WHITE pages! :applause:

My 266 only got a 9.6, was hoping for, but not expecting, a 9.8 - still, not shabby.

:headbang:

Didn't you say the 94 was going to be a 9.4? hm

I said I was hoping for 9.2-9.4

;)

If I did say "it IS a 9.4" then I guess I still didn't do too badly.

(:

Wow lucky! Good to hear SDCC books are starting to trickle in.

I ended up with 2 invoices since JSC had a separate signing.

My SDCC books are as follows:

Both invoices:

Marked received: 7/22

Verified shortly after.

Scheduled for grading: some time during the week of 9/16

Graded: 9/23

The JSC invoice with one book:

Grading/Quality Control: 10/24

The other invoice with a ton of books is still at "Graded"

JSC Invoice with one book:

Shipped/Safe: 10/29

:whee:

The other invoice from SDCC with 19 books is still at "Graded"

(shrug)

JSC Invoice with one book:

In hand: 11/6

SDCC 19 Book Invoice:

Shipped/Safe: 11/13

:whee:

I would agree with you, but my last Standard took 20 business days. Others have reported the same TATs on Standards and coupons lately.

I've got a couple like that myself. In January I think I will show you guys a post of everything I sent in 2013, it's tier and when it came back. Should be something like 15 or more orders.

16 days from received to GRADED

GRADED for one week.

Even if shipped, tomorrow, would be approaching 25 days on a 15-day estimate.

If there is that much business that you are consistently 25-50% over on your estimated times, hire and train more help, and add equipment and/or space.

I am first time customer, and not impressed with turnaround times. Better to not estimate low, rather they should estimate high.

Under promise and over deliver.

Also, a complimentary email saying "We apologize for the delay on your order...blah blah" would be nice.
