current turn around rates at CGC 78 78

CGC Received my 15 books 7/29.  They've been sitting in Vintage Bulk / Scheduled for Grading since.  4 weeks.

No, but I have noticed sometimes my subs spend all of their time in received at CCS, sometimes almost all their time in CCS in process… I’m not sure those 2 statuses really mean any more than the book is at CCS and not in the grading queue yet.

My Vintage Bulk was "received" 8/5 and chugging away at "CCS in Process"

I was hoping this would be the case for my last two submissions. I am perfectly happy to wait until the fix the bend issue before sending these ones back.

I've got movement, on 1 at least!  This was 1 sub, but they broke it out into 2.  Got this notification on my tracking page yesterday:

I don't mind waiting, but I wish there were more rhyme and reason regarding the order that invoices finish. FIFO is what I expect. I never get what I expect.

These went through the last part of the process I did not even see the QC step before it turned to shipped. Super happy with the TAT, and overall happy with the grades although there were two real head scratchers in there.
