20 business days doesn't seem so bad when the estimated turn around time is 15

When I called last week they said 4 to 6 weeks for MFT. I fail to see why they do not update their posted TATs to reflect current production. Unless 4 to 6 weeks qualifies as an estimate of 15 days.

@ Jsilverjanet - You're right, 15 days vs. 20 days isn't bad. But when you're trying to either move things 5 days matter. Also, if they're telling me 15 days and the site is telling me 15 days, you're setting expectations right? So, I'm just a little disappointed.
