fono-migration
That surprises me... It looks higher gloss (maybe from the flash and from me not having handled one). Yeah, it's the ink. You don't notice so much when paper is gloss coated, but in contrast to the matte stock we're using, you appreciate how reflective the ink itself actually is. A neat thing about this paper is if you look very, very closely with the book tilted towards the light, you can just about make out the raised edges of the ink lying on the surface. carter3175
So who thinks in six months: Thoughtbubble = Saga RPP I might agree with that. Its off to a great start and only time will tell.
troydivision1
So who thinks in six months:Thoughtbubble = Saga RPPI don't. (long winded reason) last week at a local comic shop: female customer - Do you have volume 2 of Saga? male employee - That won't be out for a few months. customer - Hmm. So...do all these thin comics make up the volumes? employee - Yes, the issues make up the graphic novel. customer - Oh. I've never read comics before. What issues are in volume 1? employee - #1 - #6 employee then goes on to show customer second prints of #7, #8 and #9 While I like Nowhere Men a lot. I do not see the crossover success of Saga with this book.

Thus those new comic fans that are getting into Saga are getting into it hard.

I dig limited variants, but can't afford to drop $100 ($1000 for saga) on one issue. I'm content knowing I'll never have a complete set.
I like pie
I think what he was trying to say is the reason the RRP will be worth more is because of the widespread appeal of the book and its reaching everyone. I can see NWM getting there as well but there is the matter of 850 print vs 500.
ThoseBackPages
another "anti" thing about the NWM TB is that the cover is the same as 1b. The Saga RRP Cover is only available on the RRP, the Promotional Poster for the Series and a smaller version on the back of the first TPB
