Sorry folks. I have been working a ton of OT this weekend and am heading out the door in 10 minutes to do the same.

 

In regards to that PSA 10 Jordan scam I am not even gonna dispute the facts that our poster was linked to that entire ordeal on the PSA boards. He got 3 or 4 different aliases banned as a result.

 

The person selling the card was being used by him as a middleman. The person was gonna be left holding a SNAD against him via PayPal while Joey here had him either Western Union him the money or something similar while letting him keep a small percent for selling it on his behalf.

 

Only thing I can compare it to is like the Nigerian scams where they pay someone with a fake check but overpay, want you to send the difference plus the item to them and then you find out later how SOL you truly are.

 

The seller in this situation was gonna be left hurting bigtime if people on the PSA boards didn't reach out to him before this whole thing went down. Yes we have all the evidence in the world linking you to the person that you hooked to sell the BS card.

I have to say, the use of eBay sellers as strawpeople is both eye-opening and disturbing. Has anyone come forward with any further evidence against the person perpetrating this scam as the amount of aliases makes me wonder whether any of these names are real.
