So there is no reason to believe you won't receive any books purchased. And both seller accounts offer 14 day return. Why the change? I would not know.

Could be but what stands out is how almost word for word the listing discriptions are the same.....

I take a lot of chances on ebay auctions but they are never in that amount. I will risk 30-50 bucks but when you are talking thousands the risk is way too high. The low feedback doesn't bother me. I look for consistancy in description verses photos. This seller said the book has white pages and you can see how tan they are from the photos. That right there would have me looking elsewhere.

The real concern is the listings are misleading. This is a seller that has quit dealing under an account he had for over 13 years and 3800 positive feedbacks and started anew. Yet the listings say "though I am new to ebay I have been buying selling cpmics for over 20 years"

 

He's not new to eBay.

Don't buy!!! A close friend of mine bought a small lot from Classic comics online through ebay with the main intention of getting a reasonably priced lower grade X-men 1, didn't see close-ups of issue #1 and was informed it was a 3.0 with the usual guarantee of no restoration,. It went to CGC and received a 1.0 with Trimmed and Married Pages and the owner of Classic Comics/Random Stuff didn't want to know. They state customer service is their main priority but that is as far from the truth as possible. Perhaps this is why Classic Comics is trying to sell under a different name. On a side note, take a look at the listing for Daredevil #1 that is in the owner's opinion a 9.0. It's got a chunk out of the side and in my opinion would be closer to a 5.5/6.0.
