Unwanted Advertising on my CGC books

im still waiting for their reples on the practice. Why they do it and whether they would stop if asked. Maybe Blazing can chime in on the subject, Hes not afraid to [!@#%^&^] off other dealers with his opinions!!

Greg Manning also put his labels on CGC books.

 

I find all labels extremely annoying but from a seller perspective they are hoping that you will contact them when you go to sell the book. In addition Metropolis is using it for inventory control based on each book having a unique id. Comiclink is using it strictly as advertising.

 

The Ultimate in disgust for me was the www.miehighcomics.com on the Dallas Stephens collection. You can only get rid of that by relabeling the book but Steve and I have had our discussion regarding this.
