Someone should update the Noob Guide thread and include a link to show how NOT to conduct a HOS poll.

 

I guess at this point we declare a mistrial due to "improper remarks made during the prosecution's summation." Then they can chew up another 50 pages arguing whether "Double Jeopardy" comes into play if a second poll is launched. What a mess.
