Well, with 13 points this round, and no hints, I'll call it a win. Too bad I missed the easy ones at the beginning. ;)

 

The others are haunting the fringes of my consciousness, but I won't spend much time worrying about it. #8 is a book I have seen, so it will be a duh moment when it's figured out. #4, #6, and #12...no real idea, even knowing the sigs. With Stan, it could literally be any comic book published, though it's probably a 60's Marvel. Probably. The Golden is a 70's book.

On a related note...

 

Has anyone ever seen one of these? Supposedly the print run was 50.

 

I assume the spiral binding prevents it from being slabbed.
