Might as well post it here. Thanks for grading gents, much appreciated. Pages are cream to off white. You really cannot see it but there is a small 1/4 inch tear on the back bottom left. Other than that, the crease on the front/back is the only problem I see.

I'll go 4.0. I think the creasing is just a little too extensive for a 4.5. It presents pretty well, though, at least the central image isn't affected by the creasing. The rusty staples and the small tear may push it down to a 3.5, but I'll stick with the middle road at 4.0.

I'd guess 3.5. Decent eye appeal, but an awful lot of color-breaking creasing.

without the tear, it's clearly an 8.0/8.5, with the tear my grade is 3.54.0
