manetteska
Found 3 Ms. Marvel #1's sprinkled randomly throughout my boxes; thought I had sold all of them. And now I'm seriously considering CPR-ing a 9.2. My heart can't take it.

manetteska
I have 5 copies at CGC now. That's another reason my heart can't take it. With more subs coming in (due to the announcement + the relaxing of the Modern tier), will these prices hold (or at least not collapse) for 3+ years? kimik
Ms. Marvel #1 will be fine price wise. It is in the late BA/early CA group that is finally making the big price jump just like the early BA stuff did in the mid 00s.

Aweandlorder
Insanity! A tad misleading with the title, but it's an important issue where she gets her powers http://www.ebay.com/itm/Captain-Marvel-18-Nov-1969-HIGH-GRADE-COPY-Carol-Danvers-becomes-Ms-Marvel-/251680298249?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item3a99509509 This, my friend, is insanity ... as well as this

GeeksAreMyPeeps
Marvel's movie announcement couldn't come at a worse time for me. I was already on the hunt for a high-grade copy of MSH #13. I was hoping to grab the 9.0 in the Comic Link auction, and though I was willing to pay a bit more than it might be expected to go for, I'm not paying this much: http://www.comiclink.com/auctions/history.asp?item=1030312&back=%2Fauctions%2Fitem%2Easp%3Fback%3D%252FAuctions%252Fsearch%252Easp%253FFocusedOnly%253D1%2526where%253Dauctions%2526title%253Dmarvel%252Bsuper%252Bheroes%2526x%253D0%2526y%253D0%2526ItemType%253DCB%2523Item_1030312%26id%3D1030312 Edited October 30, 2014 by GeeksAreMyPeeps

I was already looking. Didn't see any high-grade copies at NYCC, but I did upgrade my copy. So, small victories. I was already watching this auction prior to the announcement and was planning on bidding what would have been a decent amount without the announcement. white_rushin
I'm just happy I found a high grade copy of Captain Marvel #18 a few months ago for under $10. It'll have to do now since I won't be grabbing a MSH #13 anytime soon unless I get lucky at the con this weekend! Are most dealers at cons that quick to market correction? Some are, but a lot of them are not. You should still be able to find a copy for a reasonable price if you are patient.
