2013 goals? How did you fare?

goals for 2013, well I would like to meet Stan Lee in person, I would like to meet George Perez again and have him do a sketch on a blank this time. Here's to hoping that he is at C2E2! I guess upgrading some of my silver/bronze age keys. I also have a Hulk 180 I am going to get slabbed, I think it could come back as a 9.6, I can only see 1 thing wrong with it.

1. Sell nearly ALL of my raw books and seriously thin out my slabs

 

2. Sell nearly ALL of my sports card collection

 

3. Find nice copies of these books:

4. Slowly upgrade my SA and BA keys

My aim for 2013 is to buy fewer books with the same amount of money. I've bought 60 each the last couple of years and am coming to the view that I'd like slightly higher quality, at the cost of quantity if need be.

I hope to get some more Clayton Crain sketchcovers.

I'd like to get 12 silver age 9.4+ Dell Disney books - Scrooge, Mickey, Donald, or WDCS

Work on finishing my modern 9.8 Wolverine run.

Possibly upgrade my ASM 129, Hulk 181 or Avengers 4 - currently 8.5, 7.5 and 6.0 respectively.

 

I still cannot believe that I have not picked up a Tales of Suspense 39.
