Please grade this What if...#2

I am trying to learn the ropes of this grading and wonder what the thoughts on this issue would be and what the grade would be.

I find squarebounds the most difficult ones to grade. I think this book is an 8.0. Dirt on back cover, corner creases, blunting of bindary corners

What if this book were an 8.0, due to small corner creases and warping/creases to back cover spine?

I don't think CGC downgrades the waviness because it's a factory flaw from the glueing of the spine.

Fron cover looks nice except for some blunted corners. The back cover looks a little tough though. Dirt plus that spin looks a bit damaged.

Don't feel back about posting a lower grade book. Just look at those POS ASM#1 and AF#15 that David posted earlier.
