If there was it would be hard to find amongst all the threads whining about eBay sellers.

 

 

I think it'd be tough to find among all the whining and crying generally.

Isnt working for me. updated my wishlist over 10 items... and still charges me $30 when I try to download the OSPG.

 

I'm gonna give the site a day to refresh/update, and see if I can download tomorrow.

IIRC, I think you have to wait for them to send you an e-mail. They have done the free OSPG thing before.
