hello all...

thought I would give a quick run down of some of the books we sold last week at megacon and during the month of March, kind of a sales report:

 

we sold (almost all to collectors, virtually no dealer sales)

Action 2, cgc 4.0

Action 72, cgc 8.0 Mile High

Journey into Mystery 83 cgc 6.0

Journey into Mystery 83 cgc 5.0

Amazing Fantasy 15 cgc 9.2 EP

Amazing Fantasy 15 cgc 3.0

Hulk 181, cgc 9.6

Fantastic Four 74 cgc 9.4

Tales To Astonish 59 cgc 9.4

Superman 17 cgc 5.0

Batman 18 cgc 5.5

All Winners 12 cgc 6.0

Detective 73 cgc 6.5

Tomb of Dracula 10 cgc 9.4

Xmen 94 cgc 7.0

Brave and the bold 28 cgc 6.5

 

All Star Comics (all cgc blue ranging in grade from 3.5 to 9.0) : 4,6,10,13,15, 2 copies of 16, 22,30,31,33 Mile High, 35, 38,39, 45,2 copies of 46,47,48,51,52,56,57

We sold the rest of the All Star Run here on the boards (see thread for issues sold if interested)...

A note on the All Star Market...every copy had to be heavily discounted to move, but at the "right" price, buyers for all copies

 

right before Mega con we sold (all to collectors)

i for one am hoping that you get your first time behind you in august---you can set up in chicago next year.

hello all

another month is in the books....

 

we did not set up at any conventions this past month, and I didn't actively try to sell any books, but we moved some none the less....

 

in the past 30 days or so, we have sold the following books:

Brave and the bold 28 cgc 6.5, Twin cities copy

another Brave and the bold 28 cgc 6.5 (we are down to 2 copies of cgc 6.5 from 5!)

Showcase 4, cgc 5.5

Silver surfer 1, cgc 9.6

Fantastic Four 5, cgc 8.0

Fantastic Four 1, cgc 7.0 (this is a pending sale)

Fantastic Four 1, cgc 6.0

Amazing Fantasy 15 , cgc 6.0 (ugly cr/ow copy, but price was attractive)

 

New Mutants 98 (multiple copies)...cgc 9.0, 9.2, 9.4, and 9.6 (strangely, the 9.8s have not sold, at even below gpa)

Hulk 340 cgc 9.8

 

Golden Age:

Action comics 6, cgc 5.0

Action comics 7, raw 6.0/6.5 (just finalized deal today...guaranteed 6.0 cgc from a previous prescreen)

Action comics 13, cgc 4.5 SP

Action Comics 23, cgc 5.0 and a 6.0 copy

we Sold one of three copies of All Star 8 in cgc 3.5 that we had

Batman 47,cgc 8.0

Submariner 11, cgc 5.0

 

I think that is about all for this months sales...

Next months report should contain a huge board sale we are getting ready to start!

Then June's report will contain Heroe's
