In fact I liked that cover so much I just picked one up right now on eBay.

 

I would have purchased one for a bit less from Mile High but they are the only dealer who I will never do business with.

I like the Fantastic Comics 3 over Startling 49. The probable influence for this decision is that before I knew of Startling 49 I knew of Bender. Therefore when I see Startling 49, I automatically thing of Bender, Futurama and the Simpsons.

 

Fantastic Comics 3 is totally original to me.

I know it isn't a comic cover but it is an album cover and by a comic book artist. Appetitie for Destruction by Robert Williams, of The Zap Collective is pretty amazing. I don't know if I should post it because of the slight nudity.
