In almost 5 years of deployed ops I have never had a package not show up using an APO address.

Truth be told I have never even had one get mangled, although I know that I have been lucky in that respect.

 

Get them sent to your civilian address or a family members I learned after my first two times...What branch are you?

Sounds like sellers remorse. A few of my auctions have ended up for less then I hoped for, but that's how it goes sometimes. I didn't lose any money, and I'd like to think the buyer was happy over getting a great deal.

 

Ebay is full of individual_without_enough_empathys, and you unfortunately got to deal with one. I won't be doing any business with him.
